How does home renovation work with Tiwas Builders?
We start with a free site visit to see the house and understand what you want to change. You then get an itemised written quote — renovation scope varies too much for a reliable per-sq-ft price. Work is supervised by our engineers, and you pay in milestones as each stage is finished.
